摘要

本文针对铝液冷板在涂装过程中出现的典型缺陷进行成因分析,包含针孔、缩孔、附着力不足、积粉、油漆流挂等,主要原因包含铝液冷板基材因素、涂装前处理工艺因素、喷涂与固化因素,提出铝液冷板涂装质量控制措施,旨在进一步提高铝液冷板涂装质量,减少缺陷,并提高涂装产品的综合性能。

Abstract

This study investigates the formation mechanisms of typical coating defects occurring during the coating process of aluminum liquid cooling plates. The defects analyzed include pinholes, craters, insufficient adhesion, powder accumulation, and paint sagging. The primary causes are identified as substrate-related factors, pretreatment process parameters, as well as coating application and curing conditions. Based on these analyses, targeted quality control measures for the coating process of aluminum liquid cooling plates are proposed. The objective is to improve coating quality, reduce defect occurrence, and enhance the overall performance of coated products.
