Exploration of Structural Design and Foundation Reinforcement Technologies in Civil Engineering
土木工程结构设计与地基加固技术探究

摘要

在我国城镇化进程不断推进的同时,伴随着基础设施建设越来越庞大的规模下,对于土木工程的结构安全以及耐久性的重视度也在逐渐加强。而结构的设计及地基加固是整个建筑工程的重点所在,它们直接影响着建筑物的安全可靠程度及使用寿命。文章介绍了结构设计与地基加固技术的作用意义,并详细阐述了地梁设计、剪力墙设计、钢筋混凝土设计、伸缩缝设计的重点知识内容,在此基础上分析了强夯法、加筋法、桩基加固、排水固结、锚杆静压桩、化学加固、挤压法、注浆法、换填法等九种地基加固方法。总结各个工艺的技术适用性和技术注意事项等,给建筑工程的设计以及施工提供指导,从而提高建筑产品质量、确保结构安全。

Abstract

With the continuous advancement of urbanization in China and the expanding scale of infrastructure construction, increasing attention has been paid to the structural safety and durability of civil engineering projects. Structural design and foundation reinforcement are key aspects of construction engineering, as they directly affect the safety, reliability, and service life of buildings. This paper introduces the significance of structural design and foundation reinforcement technologies, and provides a detailed discussion of key aspects of grade beam design, shear wall design, reinforced concrete design, and expansion joint design. On this basis, it further analyzes nine foundation reinforcement methods, including dynamic compaction, reinforcement with geosynthetic or reinforcing materials, pile foundation reinforcement, drainage consolidation, anchor jacked piles, chemical reinforcement, compaction methods, grouting, and replacement filling. The paper summarizes the technical applicability and key precautions associated with each method, with the aim of providing guidance for engineering design and construction practice, improving the quality of construction products, and ensuring structural safety.
