商业建筑暖通施工空间冲突直接影响施工质量与进度,核心解决思路是通过全流程管控与技术优化,规避并处置各类冲突。商业建筑功能复杂,暖通管线、设备与建筑结构、其他专业管线易出现空间重叠,引发施工阻滞、返工等问题。通过优化设计衔接、规范施工流程、强化多专业协同、创新施工技术及完善管控机制,可有效化解冲突,兼顾暖通系统功能与建筑空间利用率,为商业建筑暖通施工高效开展提供可行路径。
Spatial conflicts in HVAC construction for
commercial buildings directly affect construction quality and progress. The
core approach to resolving such conflicts lies in whole-process control and
technical optimization to prevent and address various types of conflicts. Due
to the functional complexity of commercial buildings, HVAC pipelines and
equipment are prone to spatial overlap with building structures and pipelines
of other disciplines, resulting in problems such as construction delays and
rework. By optimizing design coordination, standardizing construction
procedures, strengthening multidisciplinary collaboration, innovating
construction technologies, and improving control mechanisms, such conflicts can
be effectively resolved while balancing HVAC system performance and building
space utilization. This provides a feasible path for the efficient
implementation of HVAC construction in commercial buildings.
