随着新能源汽车、储能系统不断发展,铝制液冷板对涂层耐腐蚀性、结合力提出更高要求,前处理工艺是决定涂层性能的关键环节。主要对比无水溶剂型除油剂+钝化剂、有水型除油剂+钝化剂在铝制液冷板涂装前的处理效果,评估两种工艺对涂层附着力、腐蚀性的影响,为绿色高效前处理工艺选型提供依据。采用扫描电镜(SEM)、电化学阻抗谱(EIS)、划格试验、中性盐雾试验等手段,表征两种工艺处理后钝化膜微观形貌、成分、涂层体系力学性能和防腐性能,希望为实践提供理论依据。
With the continuous development of new energy vehicles and energy storage systems, higher requirements have been placed on the corrosion resistance and adhesion of coatings applied to aluminum liquid cooling plates, making pretreatment a critical step in determining coating performance. This study mainly compares the pretreatment effects of an anhydrous solvent-based degreasing agent combined with a passivating agent and a water-based degreasing agent combined with a passivating agent prior to the coating of aluminum liquid cooling plates, and evaluates the effects of the two processes on coating adhesion and corrosion resistance, so as to provide a basis for selecting green and efficient pretreatment processes. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), cross-cut adhesion tests, and neutral salt spray tests were employed to characterize the microstructure and composition of the passivation films, as well as the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the coating systems after the two pretreatment processes, with the aim of providing a theoretical basis for practical application.
