随着城市化由大规模的新建向以存量更新为主的发展趋势转变,对既有建筑进行加固改造的需求逐渐增多。建筑物经过较长时间的使用后,由于建筑材料的老化、环境因素的影响以及使用功能的变化或是提高抗震设防的要求等都会使建筑物原有的结构性能下降从而带来一定的危险性。而结构加固是改善建筑物的使用寿命、安全性和抗震能力的有效方法,因此结构加固的设计及施工的质量直接影响到整个加固工程是否成功。本文以结构加固技术在房屋建筑工程中应用为基础,针对目前加固施工过程中存在的问题进行探讨,对结构整体性设计、基于性能的间接加固设计、砖混结构优化等方面的设计要点进行介绍,并对混凝土构件加固、外包型钢与粘钢加固、碳纤维复合材料加固、地基基础加固及刚柔结合防水等施工技术进行论述,以期为类似项目起到一定的借鉴意义。
With the shift in urbanization from
large-scale new construction to a development model focused primarily on the
renewal of existing building stock, the demand for the reinforcement and
renovation of existing buildings has been steadily increasing. After a long
period of service, the original structural performance of buildings may
deteriorate due to material aging, environmental influences, changes in
functional requirements, or the need to enhance seismic fortification
performance, thereby creating certain safety risks. Structural reinforcement is
an effective means of improving the service life, safety, and seismic
resistance of buildings. Therefore, the quality of reinforcement design and
construction directly affects the success of the entire reinforcement project.
Based on the application of structural reinforcement technology in building
engineering, this paper discusses the problems currently existing in the
reinforcement construction process, introduces key design points such as
overall structural integrity design, performance-based indirect reinforcement
design, and the optimization of brick-concrete structures, and further
elaborates on construction technologies including reinforcement of concrete
members, encased steel and bonded steel reinforcement, carbon fiber composite
reinforcement, foundation reinforcement, and rigid-flexible combined
waterproofing. The study is intended to provide useful reference for similar
projects.
