Problems and Countermeasures in Standardized Safety Management of Highway Construction
公路施工安全标准化管理存在的问题及对策

摘要

近年来随着我国公路工程建设规模逐渐增大，在工地现场存在着各类各样的安全隐患，给施工企业的安全管理带来了严峻考验。文章剖析了目前我国公路施工安全管理方面存在的一些问题主要有安全管理制度不够完善、信息系统不够全面、对安全投入及设备设施落后和风险评估落实不到位等现象并就此提出了建立健全全方位的安全管控体系、建立智能化安全生产监督体系、增加安全方面的投入力度、增强设备设施配置，严格实施教育培训和落实责任人等一系列解决对策。通过研究认为上述举措能够有效提高施工现场的安全管理水平，减少事故的发生率确保项目顺利高质量完工。

Abstract

In recent years, with the continuous expansion of highway engineering construction in China, various safety hazards have emerged on construction sites, posing severe challenges to the safety management of construction enterprises. This paper analyzes the major problems currently existing in highway construction safety management in China, including incomplete safety management systems, insufficiently comprehensive information systems, inadequate safety investment, outdated equipment and facilities, and ineffective implementation of risk assessment. In response to these problems, the paper proposes a series of countermeasures, such as establishing and improving a comprehensive safety control system, building an intelligent safety production supervision system, increasing investment in safety, strengthening the allocation of equipment and facilities, strictly implementing safety education and training, and clarifying responsible personnel. The study concludes that these measures can effectively improve the safety management level of construction sites, reduce the incidence of accidents, and ensure the smooth and high-quality completion of highway construction projects.
