This paper
systematically analyzes the construction technology and quality control
measures for cement-stabilized macadam base in highway engineering. It
introduces the role of this base course in pavement structures and its
technical index requirements, and discusses its composition and material
performance indicators. The paper also describes the relevant preparatory work
before construction, including quality control of raw materials, mix proportion
tests, and the selection of mechanical equipment. It focuses on the technical
details of major construction procedures, such as mixture mixing,
transportation, paving, rolling, joint treatment, and curing. A comprehensive
construction quality management system is established, covering preventive
control before construction, dynamic supervision during construction,
inspection of key procedures, and post-completion testing. The study provides a
theoretical basis and practical reference for further improving the
construction quality and durability of cement-stabilized macadam base in
pavement structures, which is of great significance for ensuring favorable
overall pavement stress conditions and extending service life.
