公路水泥稳定碎石基层施工工艺及质量管理策略探析

摘要

文章系统地分析了公路水泥稳定碎石基层施工技术与质量管控措施。文章介绍了该基层在路面结构中的作用和技术指标要求,讨论了其构成和材料性能指标。介绍了施工前准备工作的相关内容,其中包括:原材料的质量把控以及配合比试验,还有机械设备的选择。着重说明混合料搅拌、运输、摊铺、碾压、接缝处理和养护等主要施工工序的技术细节。建立了包括施工前预防性控制、施工中动态监管、重要环节检测、完工后检测在内的全方位施工质量管理体系。从而为进一步提高此层在路面结构中的施工质量和耐久性提供了理论依据与实际借鉴,对于保证路面整体的受力状况良好和增加使用寿命有着重要意义。

Abstract

This paper systematically analyzes the construction technology and quality control measures for cement-stabilized macadam base in highway engineering. It introduces the role of this base course in pavement structures and its technical index requirements, and discusses its composition and material performance indicators. The paper also describes the relevant preparatory work before construction, including quality control of raw materials, mix proportion tests, and the selection of mechanical equipment. It focuses on the technical details of major construction procedures, such as mixture mixing, transportation, paving, rolling, joint treatment, and curing. A comprehensive construction quality management system is established, covering preventive control before construction, dynamic supervision during construction, inspection of key procedures, and post-completion testing. The study provides a theoretical basis and practical reference for further improving the construction quality and durability of cement-stabilized macadam base in pavement structures, which is of great significance for ensuring favorable overall pavement stress conditions and extending service life.
