Research on Problems and Countermeasures in Construction Technology Management of Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering
水利水电工程施工技术管理存在的问题及对策研究

摘要

水利水电工程施工技术管理是决定工程质量以及安全保障的重要因素。文章指出水利水电工程施工技术管理存在的几个主要问题包括从业人员的安全防范意识薄弱；工程管理体制不完备等。并针对这些问题提出了相应的解决方法即：提升技术管理观念，健全管理制度加大执法检查力度，推行工程管理工作标准化，重视好施工用料的质量和加强多方合作。研究结果表明形成系统的，规整的技术管理体系是增强水利工程安全管理能力，维护工程建设质量及安全的必经之路。

Abstract

Construction technology management in water conservancy and hydropower engineering is an important factor determining engineering quality and safety assurance. This paper points out several major problems in construction technology management of water conservancy and hydropower engineering, including weak safety awareness among practitioners and incomplete engineering management systems. In response to these problems, corresponding countermeasures are proposed, including improving the concept of technical management, establishing and improving management systems, strengthening law enforcement inspections, promoting the standardization of engineering management, attaching importance to the quality of construction materials, and enhancing multi-party cooperation. The research results show that establishing a systematic and standardized technical management system is an essential approach to strengthening safety management capacity in water conservancy engineering and ensuring engineering construction quality and safety.
