A Brief Discussion on Changes in Design Concepts amid the Evolution of Residential Use Requirements
浅谈住宅使用要求的变革中设计理念的变化

摘要

我国社会经济持续发展，人民生活水平不断提高，我国住宅建设已经从单纯的数量满足阶段进入了品质提升的新时期，居民对住宅的使用要求早已不限于基本居住功能，而明确向健康性、适老性、智能化、社交化、个性化方向延伸，推动住宅设计理念的革新。因此，文章主要讨论在住宅使用要求不断演变的背景下，设计理念从传统模式向更包容、更前瞻、更有人文关怀的方向转变的逻辑，同时研究设计原则的演进及相应策略的更新，最终给出对未来住宅设计有切实帮助的参考思路。

Abstract

With the continuous development of China’s social economy and the steady improvement of people’s living standards, residential construction in China has moved from a stage focused merely on meeting quantitative housing demand to a new stage emphasizing quality improvement. Residents’ requirements for housing are no longer limited to basic living functions, but have clearly extended toward health-oriented, age-friendly, intelligent, social, and personalized needs, thereby promoting innovation in residential design concepts. Accordingly, this paper mainly discusses the logic by which residential design concepts have shifted from traditional models toward a more inclusive, forward-looking, and human-centered direction against the background of continuously evolving residential use requirements. It also examines the evolution of design principles and the renewal of corresponding strategies, and finally proposes practical ideas that may provide useful reference for future residential design.
