Research on Optimization Methods for Seismic Detailing Measures in the Conversion of Ordinary Civil Buildings into Medical Facilities
通民用建筑改造为医疗用房的抗震构造措施优化方法研究

摘要

随着医疗服务需求持续增长,将现有普通民用建筑改造为医疗用房已成为缓解医院用房紧张的重要途径。不同于常规建筑加固改造项目,普通建筑转医疗建筑面临的核心技术难点在于抗震设防类别从标准设防类(丙类)提升至重点设防类(乙类)后,抗震构造措施等级提高,采用传统加固方法难以有效地满足规范要求。本文针对这一行业共性问题,系统梳理三种技术路径的适用场景、技术逻辑与实施要点,为同类改造项目提供技术参考。

Abstract

With the continuous growth of demand for medical services, converting existing ordinary civil buildings into medical facilities has become an important approach to alleviating the shortage of hospital space. Different from conventional building reinforcement and renovation projects, the core technical difficulty in converting ordinary buildings into medical buildings lies in the upgrading of the seismic fortification category from the standard fortification category, Class C, to the key fortification category, Class B. This upgrade raises the required level of seismic detailing measures, making it difficult for traditional reinforcement methods to effectively meet code requirements. Focusing on this common industry issue, this paper systematically reviews the applicable scenarios, technical logic, and implementation key points of three technical approaches, thereby providing technical reference for similar conversion projects.
