膨胀性泥岩作为一种特殊的软弱岩土,其遇水膨胀、失水收缩的特性对渠道工程的长期稳定性和耐久性构成严重威胁。本文结合工程实例,主要针对膨胀性泥岩遇水软化造成渠道的破坏问题进行设计方案研究,提出了以“隔水、排水、结构适应”的渠道设计原则。同时,从渠线选址、断面型式、衬砌结构、排水系统、地基处理等方面,论述了膨胀性泥岩渠道的设计方法与技术措施。结果表明,采用优化渠道结构和防、排结合的处理措施,可有效抑制膨胀岩软化变形问题,保障渠道的整体安全运行。
As a special type of weak rock-soil material, expansive
mudstone is characterized by swelling upon water absorption and shrinkage upon
water loss, posing serious threats to the long-term stability and durability of
channel engineering. Based on an engineering case, this paper focuses on the
design of treatment schemes for channel damage caused by water-induced
softening of expansive mudstone, and proposes channel design principles
centered on “water isolation, drainage, and structural adaptability.” Meanwhile,
the design methods and technical measures for channels founded on expansive
mudstone are discussed from the aspects of channel route selection,
cross-sectional form, lining structure, drainage system, and foundation
treatment. The results show that optimized channel structures combined with
integrated prevention and drainage measures can effectively restrain softening
deformation of expansive rock and ensure the overall safe operation of
channels. This study provides reference for the design of channels founded on
expansive mudstone foundations.
