绿色节能建筑是缓解全球气候变暖和能源紧张的有效途径。本文全面介绍了绿色节能环保建筑的相关理论体系和评估标准,在此基础上着重剖析了围护结构节能技术、设备及能源系统节能技术等四方面的核心技术群以及设计、施工阶段的技术集成措施,在此基础上总结出目前绿色建筑节能技术的应用中存在的主要问题及解决对策,最后对未来智能化、零能耗、碳中和的趋势进行展望,结论认为绿色建筑节能技术的整体集成以及全过程应用是达到建筑行业碳排放目标的有效手段。
Green and
energy-saving buildings represent an effective approach to alleviating global
climate change and energy shortages. This paper provides a comprehensive
introduction to the relevant theoretical system and evaluation standards of
green, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly buildings. On this basis, it
focuses on analyzing core technology groups in four aspects, including
energy-saving technologies for building envelopes and energy-saving
technologies for equipment and energy systems, as well as technical integration
measures in the design and construction stages. The paper further summarizes
the major problems existing in the current application of green building
energy-saving technologies and proposes corresponding countermeasures. Finally,
it looks ahead to future development trends toward intelligence, zero-energy
buildings, and carbon neutrality. The conclusion indicates that the overall
integration and whole-process application of green building energy-saving
technologies are effective means of achieving carbon emission reduction targets
in the construction industry.
