大数据、云计算、人工智能等新一代信息技术的迅猛发展,带动了建筑设计管理从传统的粗放型管理模式转向数字化与智能化的过程,本文从建筑设计管理与信息化相结合的角度出发,对建筑设计管理信息化的意义进行了研究,在此基础上总结了建筑信息模型、大数据、云计算、物联网以及人工智能等相关技术应用到建筑工程设计管理上的好处。并针对设计协同管理、进度控制、质量监督、变更管理还有知识管理和决策支持五种主要的应用方式分别进行分析。研究发现信息化技术可以提高设计工作效率及管理水平,但也存在数据标准不一致、信息技术融合难、专业技术人才匮乏等问题。该文目的是为了给建筑设计管理信息化发展提供一定的理论依据以及实践经验。
The rapid
development of new-generation information technologies, such as big data, cloud
computing, and artificial intelligence, has promoted the transformation of
architectural design management from a traditional extensive management model
toward digitalization and intelligence. From the perspective of integrating
architectural design management with information technology, this paper
examines the significance of informatization in architectural design
management. On this basis, it summarizes the benefits of applying related
technologies, including building information modeling, big data, cloud
computing, the Internet of Things, and artificial intelligence, to
architectural engineering design management. It further analyzes five major
application modes: design collaboration management, schedule control, quality
supervision, change management, and knowledge management and decision support.
The study finds that information technology can improve design efficiency and
management performance, but there are still problems such as inconsistent data
standards, difficulties in integrating information technologies, and a shortage
of specialized technical personnel. This paper aims to provide a theoretical
basis and practical reference for the informatization development of
architectural design management.
