装配式混凝土结构是我国建筑工业化发展方向之一,节点构造是预制构件实现可靠连接、协同受力的核心关键环节,关系着整个工程的受力体系及施工质量,在这里归纳总结了几种装配式混凝土结构的重要节点形式有梁柱节点、叠合板和梁的结合节点、预制剪力墙的连接节点、钢筋套筒灌浆连接方式以及后浇带及湿接头等并介绍了新的连接方式的发展动态。最后对节点施工工艺影响设计成果的情况、出现的一些典型问题的原因剖析以及质量把控方法和验收准则进行了详细的探讨。研究指出节点性能高度依赖施工工艺管控,从全过程中加强质量管理可提高节点质量和结构安全性。
Prefabricated concrete
structures represent one of the development directions of building
industrialization in China. Joint detailing is the key link that enables
reliable connection and coordinated load-bearing behavior among precast
components, and it directly affects the structural force-transfer system and
construction quality of the whole project. This paper summarizes several
important joint forms in prefabricated concrete structures, including
beam-column joints, joints between composite slabs and beams, connection joints
of precast shear walls, grouted sleeve connections for reinforcing bars,
post-cast strips, and wet joints. It also introduces the development trends of
new connection methods. Finally, the paper discusses in detail how joint construction
techniques affect design outcomes, analyzes the causes of typical problems, and
examines quality control methods and acceptance criteria. The study indicates
that joint performance is highly dependent on construction process control, and
strengthening quality management throughout the whole process can improve joint
quality and structural safety.
