Safety Hazards and Countermeasures in Building Structural Design
建筑结构设计中的安全隐患及解决措施

摘要

建筑设计是建筑工程项目的重要组成部分,其安全问题直接影响建筑物整个服役期间质量水平及使用寿命的安全可靠程度。本文就建筑结构设计中存在的主要风险源进行归纳总结,主要有设计所选取的荷载大小有误;结构形式选型错误;构件尺寸设计不合理;抗震构造处理不足;地基基础存在问题;使用材料不符合标准等等,在此基础上对其成因加以探讨并给出对应的防治对策。结论表明:正确确定荷载效应组合才是保证建筑结构安全的前提条件,框架梁每个控制截面都要同时进行抗震和非抗震两种工作状态下的荷载效应组合计算。消防车荷载正确选取对结构安全性和经济性有较大关系,我国现行标准规定对于消防车等效均布活荷载取值采用的是同时作用有多台消防车并进行不利组合的方式。合理的设置设计参数、改进结构形式、加强抗震设计以及选择合格的建筑材料、严格执行设计审查制度都是提高建筑结构设计安全性的有效途径。

Abstract

 Building structural design is an important component of construction projects, and its safety directly affects the quality level, service life, and reliability of a building throughout its entire service period. This paper summarizes the main sources of risk in building structural design, including incorrect selection of design loads, improper selection of structural systems, unreasonable member dimensioning, insufficient seismic detailing, problems in foundations, and the use of materials that do not meet relevant standards. On this basis, the causes of these risks are analyzed, and corresponding prevention and control measures are proposed. The study concludes that correctly determining load effect combinations is a prerequisite for ensuring structural safety. Each control section of a frame beam should be checked under both seismic and non-seismic load effect combinations. The proper selection of fire truck loads has a significant impact on both structural safety and economy. Current Chinese standards specify that the equivalent uniformly distributed live load for fire trucks should be determined by considering the simultaneous action of multiple fire trucks and the most unfavorable load combination. Reasonable setting of design parameters, improvement of structural forms, strengthening of seismic design, selection of qualified building materials, and strict implementation of the design review system are all effective approaches to improving the safety of building structural design.
