围墙是建筑物附属构筑物,其安全性取决于地基承载力以及抵抗倾覆能力。本文对围墙地基处理关键技术进行研究,介绍了不同类型地基特点及存在问题及其解决办法,浅基础选型原则、软弱地基加固技术、排水防渗技术和质量管理等方面内容。在此基础上,针对围墙防倾覆设计,提出了稳定计算方法、抗倾覆安全系数取值、增大基础埋深和宽度、采取相应构造措施以及选用材料等问题。最后总结出地基处理与防倾覆设计相结合思想,在围墙上起到重要作用。
Boundary walls are
ancillary structures of buildings, and their safety depends on foundation
bearing capacity and resistance to overturning. This paper studies the key
technologies of foundation treatment for boundary walls, introducing the
characteristics, existing problems, and corresponding solutions for different
types of foundations, as well as the principles for selecting shallow
foundations, reinforcement technologies for soft foundations, drainage and
seepage prevention technologies, and quality management measures. On this
basis, with regard to anti-overturning design of boundary walls, the paper
discusses stability calculation methods, values of anti-overturning safety
factors, measures for increasing foundation embedment depth and width, relevant
structural detailing measures, and material selection. Finally, the paper
summarizes the concept of integrating foundation treatment with
anti-overturning design, which plays an important role in ensuring the safety
of boundary walls.
