老旧小区供热管网存在老化严重、热损大、水力失调等问题,成为制约城镇供热系统能源利用效率提高的重要因素。本文讨论了老旧小区供热管网节能改造的必要性和紧迫性,在管网保温材料选择、管道更换及防腐处理、水力平衡调整、智能化管理和监控以及分户计费和温度控制等方面介绍了相关技术手段,并从节能效果、经济性、环保性和社会性四个方面对其改造效果进行评估。结果表明,进行整体节能改造后,可以大大减少管网热量损失,总体节能率达到15%以上,一般在3到7年内即可收回投资成本,而且还有明显的二氧化碳减排和社会福利改善作用。本文可为老旧小区供热管网改造工程提供技术参考与决策依据。
Heating pipe networks in old residential communities often suffer from
serious aging, large heat losses, and hydraulic imbalance, which have become
important factors restricting the improvement of energy utilization efficiency
in urban heating systems. This paper discusses the necessity and urgency of
energy-saving renovation of heating pipe networks in old residential
communities. It introduces relevant technical measures in terms of the
selection of pipe network insulation materials, pipeline replacement and
anti-corrosion treatment, hydraulic balance adjustment, intelligent management
and monitoring, household-based heat metering, and temperature control. The
renovation effects are then evaluated from four aspects: energy-saving
performance, economic efficiency, environmental benefits, and social benefits.
The results show that, after comprehensive energy-saving renovation, heat loss
in the pipe network can be significantly reduced, the overall energy-saving
rate can reach more than 15%, and the investment cost can generally be
recovered within 3 to 7 years. In addition, the renovation produces evident
effects in reducing carbon dioxide emissions and improving social welfare. This
paper can provide technical reference and decision-making basis for the renovation
of heating pipe networks in old residential communities.
