近十年来,伴随着建筑信息模型、物联网、大数据、云计算以及人工智能等新技术发展,在建工程建设施工质量管理也发生由传统的凭经验管理到基于数据进行管理、由事后检查到全面智能化管理的变化。本文介绍了信息技术在施工质量管理中应用的技术手段,对BIM技术在深化设计、碰撞检査以及可视化交底方面的作用进行了阐述,对物联网技术在施工现场监控实施的方法进行了介绍,对大数据技术用于质量分析和预警的价值进行了论述,对云平台在协作上所起到的作用进行了分析,对人工智能在质量检测及识别方面的进展进行了总结。在上述基础上,本文提出数字化施工质量管理、智能化质量检验评定、协同化质量管理方式、全生命周期质量控制以及移动设备上展示等方式。研究发现,信息技术的应用使施工质量管理工作发生了根本变化,在促进工程建设行业健康发展中起到积极作用。
Over the past decade, with
the development of new technologies such as Building Information Modeling, the
Internet of Things, big data, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence,
construction quality management in building projects has undergone a transformation
from traditional experience-based management to data-based management, and from
post-event inspection to comprehensive intelligent management. This paper
introduces the technical means by which information technology is applied in
construction quality management. It explains the role of BIM technology in
detailed design, clash detection, and visualized technical disclosure;
introduces the implementation methods of Internet of Things technology in
construction site monitoring; discusses the value of big data technology in
quality analysis and early warning; analyzes the role of cloud platforms in
collaborative management; and summarizes the progress of artificial
intelligence in quality inspection and recognition. On this basis, the paper
proposes approaches such as digital construction quality management,
intelligent quality inspection and evaluation, collaborative quality
management, whole-life-cycle quality control, and mobile-device-based
presentation. The study finds that the application of information technology
has fundamentally changed construction quality management and plays a positive
role in promoting the healthy development of the construction industry.
