摘要

随着经济社会快速发展和用水量增加,水资源高效利用成为维护国家水安全保障的重要国策,水量调度信息化管 理系统是水资源精细管理的有效手段,对其进行更新完善十分必要。文章拟在系统发展现状及存在问题的基础上,结 合水资源节约集约利用新要求,对系统的设计优化方案进行研究以及采取保障措施,供类似工作借鉴。

Abstract

With the rapid development of the economy and society and the continuous increase in water consumption, the efficient utilization of water resources has become an important national policy for safeguarding national water security. An information-based water quantity dispatching management system is an effective means of refined water resources management, and it is therefore necessary to update and improve such a system. Based on the current development status of the system and the problems existing in its operation, this paper examines design optimization schemes and supporting measures in light of the new requirements for the economical and intensive utilization of water resources, with the aim of providing reference for similar work.
