Discussion on Technical Training for Centralized Control Operation Duty Operators Based on a Simulator
基于仿真机的集控运行值班员技术培训的探讨

摘要

近几年来,我国发电机组开始向高参数、大容量方向不断发展,对集控运行值班员提出更高要求,如果继续使用 传统的跟班式培训模式,极易引发安全问题。使用仿真机培训方式,可重塑集控运行值班员技术培训体系。所以,本 文将基于培训需求分析,讨论基于仿真机的集控运行值班员技术培训价值,最后提出培训策略,包含设计模块化内容、 分层递进式教学、多维度考核,希望提高培训体系科学性、实用性,使集控运行值班员的培训工作得到深化。

关键词: 仿真机;集控运行;值班员;技术培训

Abstract

 In recent years, power generation units in China have been developing toward higher parameters and larger capacity, which has placed higher requirements on centralized control operation duty operators. If the traditional on-the-job shadowing training model continues to be used, safety risks may easily arise. Simulator-based training can reshape the technical training system for centralized control operation duty operators. Therefore, based on an analysis of training needs, this paper discusses the value of simulator-based technical training for centralized control operation duty operators, and finally proposes training strategies, including the design of modular training content, hierarchical and progressive teaching, and multidimensional assessment. The aim is to improve the scientific and practical nature of the training system and further deepen the training work for centralized control operation duty operators.
