摘要
伴随着我国建筑业的迅速发展,房屋建筑工程结构设计也承受着安全可靠、经济合理、实用耐久等多种目标的要
求。而优化技术作为将结构性能同资源利用相联系的重要途径,在房屋建筑工程结构设计的应用逐渐增多。文章根据
经济性、实用性、可靠性三个方面,对优化技术应用于房屋建筑工程结构设计方案的具体对策进行系统的分析论证,
主要包括从概念设计层面的整体方案优化、结构体系选择及布置方式优化、结构构件截面尺寸及配筋配置优化、全寿
命阶段成本控制优化、复杂受力节点优化处理等内容。研究发现,在整个建筑结构的设计过程中融入优化设计的方法
可以有效在保障结构的安全性的同时提高建筑的经济指标、使用性能等。

Abstract
With the rapid development of China’s construction industry, structural design of building projects is required to
meet multiple objectives, including safety and reliability, economic rationality, practicality, and durability. As an important
approach to linking structural performance with resource utilization, optimization technology has been increasingly applied in
the structural design of building projects. Based on the three aspects of economy, practicality, and reliability, this paper
systematically analyzes and discusses specific strategies for applying optimization technology to structural design schemes for
building projects. The main contents include overall scheme optimization at the conceptual design level, optimization of
structural system selection and layout, optimization of structural member section dimensions and reinforcement configuration,
cost control optimization throughout the whole life cycle, and optimized treatment of complex load-bearing joints. The study
finds that integrating optimization design methods into the whole process of building structural design can effectively improve
economic indicators and functional performance while ensuring structural safety
