摘要
高空作业机械电气线束系统受到机械振动、反复弯曲以及严苛的工作条件影响,易发生各种问题,而且不易被发
现。基于此,本文选取高空作业机械电气线束作为研究对象,对其结构及功能进行介绍,同时对其常见的几种故障形
式及其原因进行了总结,对于传统的目视检查、利用仪表测量的方法进行了简单介绍,还对其它一些非破坏性检测手
段如红外热成像法、超声波检测法、X 射线检测法以及时域反射法进行分析比较,最后对智能诊断技术的发展情况进
行简要说明,并从设计上改进、生产工艺提高、运行过程中的检测与维护以及建立完善的在线监测系统四个方面提出
了全面预防和检测措施。

Abstract
The electrical wiring harness system of aerial work machinery is affected by mechanical vibration, repeated bending,
and harsh operating conditions, making it prone to various faults that are often difficult to detect. Based on this, this paper takes
the electrical wiring harness of aerial work machinery as the research object, introduces its structure and functions, and
summarizes several common fault types and their causes. Traditional methods such as visual inspection and instrument-based
measurement are briefly introduced. Other nondestructive testing methods, including infrared thermography, ultrasonic testing,
X-ray testing, and time-domain reflectometry, are also analyzed and compared. Finally, the development of intelligent
diagnostic technology is briefly discussed, and comprehensive prevention and detection measures are proposed from four
aspects: design improvement, production process enhancement, inspection and maintenance during operation, and the
establishment of a sound online monitoring system.
