绿色建筑理念在建筑结构设计中的应用

摘要

绿色建筑理念给建筑结构设计赋予了节材、节能、环保、耐久等诸多方面的标准,结构安全同绿色目的存在协同
之处。研究表明,再生混凝土自保温承重砌块有经济、环保、节能、高强、隔声等特点,其抗压强度设计值略小于规
范中混凝土多孔砖砌体的抗压强度设计值。装配式复合墙结构是采用工业化建造方式的生态节能型建筑结构体系,内
填砌块可以因地制宜选用植物纤维生土基材料、再生 EPS 轻骨料混凝土等循环再利用材料。BIM 技术可以对方案能源
模拟分析、材料生命周期评价以及建筑运行监测进行模拟分析,从而提高建筑的可持续性。将绿色节能思想运用到建
筑结构优化当中,从局部细节、阶段性以及结构与整体之间协调等几个方面给出设计对策,可以改善空间集约化利用
的程度,削减能耗和材料的消耗。目前绿色结构设计还存在着理念落实不到位、成本控制难、标准体系不健全等状况,
要从设计优化、技术融合和机制保证这三个方面共同推进。

Abstract

Green building concepts have introduced multiple requirements into building structural design, including material
conservation, energy efficiency, environmental protection, and durability, and structural safety is inherently coordinated with
green development goals. Studies show that recycled concrete self-insulating load-bearing blocks have advantages such as
economy, environmental friendliness, energy efficiency, high strength, and sound insulation, while their design value of
compressive strength is slightly lower than that of concrete perforated brick masonry specified in current codes. Prefabricated
composite wall structures are ecological and energy-saving building structural systems based on industrialized construction
methods. Their infill blocks can be selected according to local conditions, using recyclable materials such as plant-fiber
raw-soil-based materials and recycled EPS lightweight aggregate concrete. BIM technology can be used to conduct simulation
and analysis of scheme energy performance, material life-cycle assessment, and building operation monitoring, thereby
improving building sustainability. Applying green and energy-saving concepts to building structural optimization and proposing
design strategies from local details, phased implementation, and coordination between structural components and the overall
building can improve the intensive use of space and reduce energy and material consumption. At present, green structural
design still faces problems such as insufficient implementation of concepts, difficulty in cost control, and an incomplete
standard system. Therefore, it should be advanced through design optimization, technological integration, and institutional
support.
