摘要

BIM 技术与装配式建筑结构设计深度耦合,可搭建全流程数字化应用体系。经实际工程项目验证,该技术能显著
提升结构设计精准度与协同效率,有效规避设计缺陷与施工风险,降低项目综合成本,为装配式建筑结构设计的数字
化升级提供理论与实践支撑。

Abstract

The deep integration of BIM technology with the structural design of prefabricated buildings can establish a
whole-process digital application system. Verification through practical engineering projects shows that this technology can
significantly improve the accuracy of structural design and collaborative efficiency, effectively avoid design defects and
construction risks, reduce overall project costs, and provide theoretical and practical support for the digital upgrading of
structural design in prefabricated buildings.
