Research on Construction Technology and Trajectory Control of Directional Drilling in Geological and Mineral Exploration
地矿定向钻探施工技术与轨迹控制研究

摘要

定向钻探技术应用于地矿行业已经越来越普及,但是复杂的地质环境下的轨迹控制仍然是影响着钻探的速度及质
量的一个难题,文章全面阐述了地矿工程中定向钻探的应用特征。对孔斜失控、钻具磨损、疲劳损坏、遇阻、掉钻以
及钻孔信息采集误差、电磁波信号干扰等问题进行了详细的探讨,并分别就钻进工艺的设计改进、实时检测与智能监
控、参数联动调节与动态修正、信息化与自动化操控技术以及安全施工与风险管理提出了轨迹控制的方式方法。研究
发现,在优化钻具搭配的同时加强随钻测量和智能操控,实现参数及时调整,对定向钻探的轨迹控制精准度有着很大
的提高。

Abstract

Directional drilling technology has been increasingly widely applied in the geological and mineral exploration
industry. However, trajectory control under complex geological conditions remains a major difficulty affecting drilling speed
and quality. This paper comprehensively discusses the application characteristics of directional drilling in geological and
mineral engineering. Problems such as uncontrolled borehole deviation, drilling tool wear, fatigue damage, obstruction, drill
tool dropping, errors in borehole information acquisition, and electromagnetic wave signal interference are analyzed in detail.
Corresponding trajectory control methods are proposed from the aspects of drilling process design optimization, real-time
detection and intelligent monitoring, coordinated parameter adjustment and dynamic correction, information-based and
automated control technology, as well as safe construction and risk management. The study finds that optimizing drilling tool
combinations, strengthening measurement while drilling and intelligent control, and realizing timely parameter adjustment can
significantly improve the accuracy of trajectory control in directional drilling.
