摘要
城市污水含有大量低位热能,数量大、水温较为恒定、冬季较温暖夏季较凉爽等特点,是良好的低温余热源。本
文主要研究污水源余热在暖通供暖方面的利用情况,介绍了城市污水热能资源产生原因以及其性质特点,简述了污水
源热泵的工作过程,在此基础上对污水源热泵供暖方式、换热方法、预处理手段以及防堵防腐等问题进行详细论述。
根据城市集中供暖、建筑单体供暖以及区域热力站的不同需求,探讨污水源余热供暖的应用形式。为解决系统运行过
程中出现的污水水质变化大、换热器结垢腐蚀严重以及投资成本高问题提出了一系列措施。结果表明该污水源热泵供
暖系统的能效比可以达到 4.0 以上,相比于传统的燃煤供暖方式可大幅度降低污染物排放量,具有较好的经济效益和社
会效益,值得进一步推广应用。

Abstract
Urban sewage contains a large amount of low-grade thermal energy. With its large volume, relatively stable water
temperature, warmer temperature in winter, and cooler temperature in summer, it serves as a favorable low-temperature waste
heat source. This paper mainly studies the utilization of sewage source waste heat in HVAC heating. It introduces the causes,
properties, and characteristics of urban sewage thermal energy resources, and briefly describes the working process of sewage
source heat pumps. On this basis, the paper discusses in detail the heating modes, heat exchange methods, pretreatment
measures, anti-blocking measures, and anti-corrosion issues of sewage source heat pump systems. According to the different
needs of urban central heating, individual building heating, and regional heating stations, the application forms of sewage
source waste heat heating are explored. To address problems such as large fluctuations in sewage water quality, severe scaling
and corrosion of heat exchangers, and high investment costs during system operation, a series of measures are proposed. The
results show that the coefficient of performance of sewage source heat pump heating systems can exceed 4.0. Compared with
traditional coal-fired heating, this system can significantly reduce pollutant emissions and has good economic and social
benefits, making it worthy of further promotion and application.
