数字孪生技术在水闸工程安全运行管理中的运用分析

摘要

干旱区基层中小型水闸是区域农业灌溉、防洪输水的关键水利设施,特殊的气候与水文环境,给工程常态化安全 运维带来诸多挑战。传统人工运维模式存在监测不连续、调度决策主观、台账管理混乱等短板,难以适配水利精细化、 智能化的发展要求。针对基层水闸已完成标准化升级、具备站房远程启闭能力但智能管控体系不完善的行业现状,本 文引入轻量化数字孪生技术,搭建适配干旱区特殊工况的一体化智能运维体系。体系涵盖可视化实时监测、仿真辅助 调度、安全风险溯源、数字化台账管控、极端工况应急推演五大核心模块,形成适配基层水闸的数字化管护方案。

Abstract

Small‑ and‑ medium‑ sized grassroots sluices in arid areas serve as critical water‑ conservancy facilities for regional agricultural irrigation, flood control and water conveyance. Unique climatic and hydrological conditions create multiple obstacles to regular‑ based safe operation and maintenance of such projects. Conventional manual operation‑ and‑ maintenance modes suffer from discontinuous monitoring, subjectively‑ oriented dispatching decisions and disordered account management, failing to meet the demands for refined and intelligent water‑ resources management. Against the industrial backdrop that grassroots sluices have finished standardization renovation and support remote gate control yet lack sound intelligent management‑ and‑ control frameworks, this paper adopts lightweight digital‑ twin technology to construct an integrated intelligent operation‑ and‑ maintenance system adapted to distinctive operating conditions in arid regions. The system consists of five core modules: visual real‑ time monitoring, simulation‑ aided dispatching, safety risk tracing, digital account administration and emergency deduction under extreme operating scenarios, delivering a digital‑ based management solution suitable for grassroots sluice facilities.
