灌区工程运维管理质量是保障粮食安全、水资源利用效能的关键基础设施,如运维管理存在问题,将会影响工程 的稳定运行。结合传统运维管理模式来看,存在感知手段、数据融合、决策支持等方面问题,无法满足智能化管理需 求。因此,本文将主要研究智慧水利技术在灌区工程运维管理中的应用实践策略,包括构建智能化感知全面监测体系、 架构数字孪生底座实现数字融合、智能分析与辅助决策、搭建智慧运维管理平台业务系统,旨在提升灌区工程运维管 理灵敏度、科学性、协同性,促进灌区工程获得现代化改造。
The quality of operation and maintenance management of irrigation district projects is a key infrastructure foundation for ensuring food security and improving the efficiency of water resource utilization. Problems in operation and maintenance management may affect the stable operation of such projects. From the perspective of the traditional operation and maintenance management model, there are problems in perception methods, data integration, decision support, and other aspects, making it difficult to meet the needs of intelligent management. Therefore, this paper mainly studies the application practice strategies of smart water conservancy technology in the operation and maintenance management of irrigation district projects, including the construction of an intelligent perception and comprehensive monitoring system, the establishment of a digital twin foundation for digital integration, intelligent analysis and assisted decision-making, and the development of a business system for a smart operation and maintenance management platform. The aim is to improve the sensitivity, scientificity, and coordination of irrigation district project operation and maintenance management, and to promote the modernization of irrigation district projects.
