建筑结构设计是工程建设的重要环节,技术水平的高低决定建筑安全、经济和可持续发展的程度。伴随着数字化、 工业化和智能化技术的发展,建筑结构设计领域产生了BIM技术、装配式结构技术、智能化设计技术等众多的创新成 果。对上述的各种创新技术体系进行系统的整理,分析在典型的工程场景中所取得的效果,找出推广过程中遇到的障 碍并提出相应的改善措施。从研究结果中可以得出BIM全生命周期协同设计可以使得多专业协作提高70%以上,装配 式技术可以减少施工工期20%-30%,智能算法对于某些工作比人更有效。但是创新技术的应用存在着成本高、标准不 健全、缺少专业人才等问题。今后应着力推进技术应用体系的建立和完善,推进标准化建设,推动智能化和数字化的 深度融合,把创新技术由示范应用变成规模化应用。
Building structural design is an important part of engineering construction, and its technical level determines the degree of building safety, economy, and sustainable development. With the development of digital, industrialized, and intelligent technologies, many innovative achievements have emerged in the field of building structural design, such as BIM technology, prefabricated structure technology, and intelligent design technology. This paper systematically reviews the above innovative technology systems, analyzes their application effects in typical engineering scenarios, identifies the obstacles encountered in the promotion process, and proposes corresponding improvement measures. The results show that BIM-based whole-life-cycle collaborative design can improve multi-disciplinary collaboration by more than 70%, prefabricated technology can shorten the construction period by 20%–30%, and intelligent algorithms are more efficient than manual work in certain tasks. However, the application of innovative technologies still faces problems such as high costs, incomplete standards, and a shortage of professional talent. In the future, efforts should be made to establish and improve the technology application system, promote standardization, advance the deep integration of intelligent and digital technologies, and transform innovative technologies from demonstration applications into large-scale applications.
