市政污水管网雨污分流改造管道施工难点及质量管控研究

摘要

现阶段我国老旧城区管网改造工程数量多、范围广,既有管网建设年代久远、资料缺失、管线错综复杂,加之城 区施工空间受限、地质条件复杂、新旧管网衔接难度大等问题,导致管道施工存在诸多技术难点,极易出现管道错接 混接、渗漏淤积、施工沉降、排水不畅等质量缺陷,严重影响雨污分流改造成效与城市排水系统长效运行。本文结合 市政管网改造工程施工实际,系统梳理雨污分流管道施工中的核心难点,从前期勘察设计、现场施工技术、工序管控、 验收运维等多个维度剖析施工现存核心问题,针对性提出科学化、精细化的质量管控策略。研究结果可为同类市政雨 污分流改造工程施工提供技术参考与质量管控借鉴,助力提升城市排水管网建设质量,实现城市水环境长效治理。

Abstract

At the present stage, the renovation of pipeline networks in old urban areas in China involves a large number of projects and a wide coverage area. Existing pipeline networks were built long ago, relevant records are often missing, and pipelines are complicated and intertwined. In addition, restricted construction space in urban areas, complex geological conditions, and difficulties in connecting new and existing pipeline networks have led to many technical challenges in pipeline construction. Quality defects such as incorrect or mixed pipe connections, leakage and sedimentation, construction-induced settlement, and poor drainage are likely to occur, seriously affecting the effectiveness of rainwater and sewage separation renovation and the long-term operation of urban drainage systems. Based on the construction practice of municipal pipeline network renovation projects, this paper systematically reviews the core difficulties in rainwater and sewage separation pipeline construction. It analyzes the main existing problems in construction from multiple dimensions, including preliminary investigation and design, on-site construction technology, process control, acceptance, operation, and maintenance, and proposes scientific and refined quality control strategies. The research results can provide technical references and quality control guidance for similar municipal rainwater and sewage separation renovation projects, helping improve the construction quality of urban drainage networks and achieve long-term governance of the urban water environment.
