Research on Quality Control Technologies for Expressway Subgrade Construction in High-Altitude and Cold Regions: A Case Study of the G0613 Shangri-La –Lijiang Expressway Construction Project
高海拔高寒地区高速公路路基施工质量控制技术研究 ——以G0613香格里拉至丽江高速公路建设项目为例

摘要

G0613 香格里拉至丽江高速公路是云南省海拔最高的高速公路,也是国家绿色公路示范项目,线路海拔跨度为 2000m~3280m,全线近50%路段海拔超过2500m,具备“三高、二复杂、一脆弱、一艰巨”的典型工程特征,即高海 拔、大高差、高地震烈度,地形地质复杂、气候条件复杂,生态环境极度脆弱,施工建设难度极大。为攻克高寒山区 路基质量管控难题,保障工程建设品质,本文以香丽高速实际施工工况为基础,系统梳理高海拔高寒地区路基施工质 量现存问题,探究病害形成机理,总结适配区域环境与地质条件的路基施工质量控制技术及现场管控策略,为西南高 寒山区高速公路路基工程高质量建设提供实践支撑。

Abstract

The G0613 Shangri-La–Lijiang Expressway is the highest-altitude expressway in Yunnan Province and also a national green highway demonstration project. The route has an altitude range of 2,000 m to 3,280 m, and nearly 50% of the whole line is located at an altitude of more than 2,500 m. It has typical engineering characteristics summarized as “three highs, two complexities, one fragility, and one arduousness,” namely high altitude, large elevation difference, high seismic intensity, complex topographical and geological conditions, complex climatic conditions, extremely fragile ecological environment, and great construction difficulty. To overcome the difficulties in subgrade quality control in high-altitude and cold mountainous areas and ensure the quality of engineering construction, this paper takes the actual construction conditions of the Shangri-La Lijiang Expressway as the basis, systematically reviews the existing problems in subgrade construction quality in high-altitude and cold regions, explores the formation mechanisms of related defects, and summarizes subgrade construction quality control technologies and on-site management strategies adapted to regional environmental and geological conditions. The research provides practical support for the high-quality construction of expressway subgrade projects in high-altitude and cold mountainous areas of Southwest China.
