水利水电施工中混凝土施工技术的应用

摘要

水利水电工程多为野外露天施工,作业工况复杂,混凝土结构长期经受水流冲刷、渗透腐蚀与冻融循环等多重作 用,易出现开裂、渗漏等质量病害,直接影响工程结构稳定性与长期服役寿命。针对水利混凝土施工精细化管控不足、 病害高发等现场痛点,本文以混凝土施工技术为核心研究对象,结合水利工程施工及运行的特殊属性,系统梳理全流 程标准化施工工艺。重点阐述大体积温控防裂、防渗结构浇筑、水下混凝土灌注、施工缝止水四项核心专项技术,从 技术、管理、环境三维度分析病害成因,搭建三位一体的质量防控体系。研究结果可有效规范现场施工作业,减少混 凝土质量缺陷,为水利水电工程混凝土提质施工提供可靠技术支撑。

Abstract

Water conservancy and hydropower projects are mostly constructed in open-air field environments, where working conditions are complex. Concrete structures are subject to long-term effects such as water scouring, seepage corrosion, and freeze-thaw cycles, making them prone to quality defects such as cracking and leakage, which directly affect structural stability and long-term service life. In response to on-site problems such as insufficient refined control of concrete construction and the frequent occurrence of defects in water conservancy projects, this paper takes concrete construction technology as the core research object and systematically reviews standardized whole-process construction techniques in light of the special characteristics of water conservancy project construction and operation. It focuses on four key specialized technologies: temperature control and crack prevention for mass concrete, pouring of anti-seepage structures, underwater concrete placement, and waterstop treatment of construction joints. The causes of defects are analyzed from the technical, management, and environmental dimensions, and a three-in-one quality prevention and control system is established. The research results can effectively standardize on-site construction operations, reduce concrete quality defects, and provide reliable technical support for improving the quality of concrete construction in water conservancy and hydropower projects.
