Research on the Optimization of Municipal Drainage Systems under the Sponge City Concept
海绵城市理念下市政排水系统优化研究

摘要

随着城市化进程加快和极端降雨事件频发,传统市政排水系统面临严峻挑战。海绵城市理念的提出为市政排水系 统优化提供了全新思路。文中系统阐述了海绵城市理念下排水系统优化的重要意义,深入分析了当前市政排水系统存 在的排水设施承载能力不足、雨污分流效果不理想、雨水资源利用率较低、排水系统运行管理有待完善等突出问题。 针对这些问题,从优化排水管网布局、完善低影响开发设施建设、强化雨水收集与资源化利用、构建智慧排水监测与 调度体系、建立全过程运维管理机制五个方面提出了系统化的优化措施,以期为海绵城市理念下市政排水系统的转型 升级提供理论参考与实践指导。

Abstract

With the acceleration of urbanization and the frequent occurrence of extreme rainfall events, traditional municipal drainage systems are facing severe challenges. The sponge city concept provides a new approach for optimizing municipal drainage systems. This paper systematically explains the significance of drainage system optimization under the sponge city concept, and deeply analyzes prominent problems in current municipal drainage systems, including insufficient carrying capacity of drainage facilities, unsatisfactory performance of rainwater and sewage separation, low utilization efficiency of rainwater resources, and the need to improve drainage system operation and management. In response to these problems, systematic optimization measures are proposed from five aspects: optimizing the layout of drainage pipe networks, improving the construction of low-impact development facilities, strengthening rainwater collection and resource utilization, building an intelligent drainage monitoring and dispatching system, and establishing a whole-process operation and maintenance management mechanism. The study aims to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for the transformation and upgrading of municipal drainage systems under the sponge city concept.
