Research on the Dynamic Updating Mechanism of Geographic Information Databases

摘要

地理信息数据库的时效性是决定其服务效果好坏的重要因素,传统的整体周期式更新已经不能满足高精度、高时 效性的应用要求了。本文从动态更新技术框架入手,对多源遥感影像变化检测与众源地理信息数据融合两种数据获取 方式进行了详细的分析,并且对时空数据模型的构建、增量信息的提取和表达、冲突检测和一致性维护、更新传播和 版本管理等重要算法做了详细的阐述。在此基础上,从分布式存储和并行计算、实时更新流程的设计、数据质量控制、 更新效率的评价四个方面提出动态更新系统实现策略和性能优化途径。

Abstract

 The timeliness of geographic information databases is an important factor determining their service effectiveness. Traditional overall periodic updating can no longer meet the application requirements of high precision and high timeliness. Starting from the technical framework of dynamic updating, this paper provides a detailed analysis of two data acquisition methods: change detection based on multi-source remote sensing images and the integration of volunteered geographic information data. It also elaborates on key algorithms, including the construction of spatiotemporal data models, the extraction and representation of incremental information, conflict detection and consistency maintenance, update propagation, and version management. On this basis, dynamic updating system implementation strategies and performance optimization approaches are proposed from four aspects: distributed storage and parallel computing, real-time updating process design, data quality control, and updating efficiency evaluation.
