Study on Long-Term Medication Adherence and Disease Control in Patients with Hypertension
高血压患者长期用药依从性与疾病控制效果研究

摘要

高血压患者长期用药依从性直接影响有效药物暴露、血压稳定性和心血管风险。本文结合相关指南、 专家共识及国内外研究，分析用药依从性的阶段性特征、评价方法、影响因素及干预路径。研究表明，疾病 认知不足、药物不良反应、方案复杂、经济负担、家庭支持不足和医疗服务不连续是依从性下降的主要因素。 共同决策、长效或单片复方方案、规范随访及多源监测有助于减少治疗中断。高血压管理应建立覆盖治疗启动、 执行和持续阶段的动态评价体系。

Abstract

 Long-term medication adherence in patients with hypertension directly affects effective drug exposure, blood pressure stability, and cardiovascular risk. Based on relevant guidelines, expert consensus statements, and domestic and international studies, this study analyzes the stage-specific characteristics, assessment methods, influencing factors, and intervention strategies associated with medication adherence. The findings indicate that insufficient disease awareness, adverse drug reactions, complex treatment regimens, financial burden, inadequate family support, and discontinuity of healthcare services are major factors contributing to poor adherence. Shared decision-making, long-acting medications or single-pill combination therapy, standardized follow-up, and multi-source monitoring can help reduce treatment interruption. Hypertension management should establish a dynamic evaluation system covering treatment initiation, implementation, and long-term maintenance.
