Study on Factors Influencing Adolescent Visual Health and Daily Health Interventions
青少年视力健康影响因素及日常保健干预研究

摘要

青少年近视受遗传易感性、持续近距离用眼、户外活动不足、睡眠节律及学校家庭环境等因素共同影 响。本文梳理视力健康评价指标和主要危险因素，分析户外活动、用眼行为、视觉环境、睡眠管理及规范诊 疗的干预依据。研究认为，增加日间户外暴露、控制连续近距离用眼并建立筛查转诊和动态随访体系，有助 于降低近视发生风险、延缓进展；日常保健应与专业屈光矫正和近视控制相衔接。

Abstract

Myopia in adolescents is jointly influenced by genetic susceptibility, prolonged near-work activities, insufficient outdoor exposure, sleep patterns, and school and family environments. This study reviews major indicators for assessing visual health and key risk factors, and analyzes the evidence supporting interventions involving outdoor activities, visual habits, visual environments, sleep management, and standardized diagnosis and treatment. The findings suggest that increasing daytime outdoor exposure, limiting prolonged near-work activities, and establishing systems for screening, referral, and dynamic follow-up can help reduce the risk of myopia onset and slow its progression. Daily eye care should be integrated with professional refractive correction and myopia control.
