随着建筑工程规模扩大与质量要求提升,传统质量管理模式已难以满足全生命周期质量追溯需求。本文依托信息化与大数据技术,提出建筑工程质量追溯信息平台架构,采用数据采集层、数据传输层、数据存储层、业务逻辑层、应用展示层五层设计。数据采集层借助物联网传感器、RFID、二维码等获取材料、设备、人员与工艺信息;数据传输层通过无线网络与移动互联网保障传输稳定可靠;数据存储层采用分布式数据库与云存储,统一数据格式并建立质量追溯码;业务逻辑层实现质量检测、风险预警、追溯查询等核心功能;应用展示层提供 Web、移动、监管等多终端界面。平台通过统一数据标准与接口,实现从原材料、施工到竣工验收的全过程追溯。实践表明,该平台架构合理、功能完备,可有效提升工程质量管理效率,推动建筑行业质量管控水平升级。
With the expansion of construction project scale and the increasing requirements for quality, traditional quality management models can no longer meet the needs of full life-cycle quality traceability. Supported by information technology and big data technology, this paper proposes an information platform architecture for quality traceability in construction engineering, adopting a five-layer design consisting of the data acquisition layer, data transmission layer, data storage layer, business logic layer, and application presentation layer. The data acquisition layer uses Internet of Things sensors, RFID, QR codes, and other technologies to obtain information on materials, equipment, personnel, and construction processes. The data transmission layer ensures stable and reliable transmission through wireless networks and mobile Internet. The data storage layer adopts distributed databases and cloud storage, unifies data formats, and establishes quality traceability codes. The business logic layer realizes core functions such as quality inspection, risk warning, and traceability inquiry. The application presentation layer provides multiple terminal interfaces, including Web, mobile, and regulatory platforms. Through unified data standards and interfaces, the platform enables whole-process traceability from raw materials and construction to completion acceptance. Practice shows that the platform architecture is rational and functionally complete, effectively improving the efficiency of construction quality management and promoting the upgrading of quality control in the construction industry.
