为解决当前建筑工程管理中过程管控缺失、协同效能不足等问题,提升工程建设质量与管理水平,研究融合全面质量管理理念与信息化技术应用,剖析建筑工程管理现存弊端,构建多方协同的全过程管理体系,提出技术赋能、人员提质、监督优化等针对性策略。结果表明,基于全面质量管理的全过程管控模式与信息化技术的深度融合,能够有效降低质量问题发生率,提升工程管理的精准性与高效性。相关内容为建筑工程管理实践提供了兼具学术性与实践性的参考依据。
To address current problems in construction engineering management, including inadequate process control and insufficient coordination efficiency, and to improve construction quality and management performance, this study integrates the concept of Total Quality Management (TQM) with information technology applications. It examines the existing shortcomings in construction engineering management, develops a whole-process management system characterized by multi-party collaboration, and proposes targeted strategies such as technological empowerment, personnel capability enhancement, and supervision optimization. The results show that the deep integration of a TQM-based whole-process control model with information technology can effectively reduce the occurrence of quality problems and improve the precision and efficiency of engineering management. The study provides useful academic support and practical guidance for construction engineering management practice.
