随着中国建筑业迈向以质量和效益为核心的内涵式发展新阶段,施工质量已成为衡量建筑工程价值与行业发展水平的核心指标。为厘清建筑工程项目管理与施工质量的内在逻辑关联,探寻系统性提升施工质量的实践路径,研究从项目管理的计划统筹、资源配置协调、风险预防与过程控制三大核心维度,分析其对施工质量的全方位决定性影响,并针对性提出构建权责明晰的质量管理组织体系、动态管控“人、机、料、法、环”关键生产要素、深化BIM技术为核心的数字化管理、健全风险管理与多方沟通协调机制等项目管理优化措施,同时从事前预防、过程精细化监控、智能化技术应用、闭环式质量改进四方面阐述施工质量控制的具体策略。
As China’s construction industry enters a
new stage of intensive development focused on quality and efficiency,
construction quality has become a key indicator for evaluating both the value
of construction projects and the overall level of industry development. To
clarify the relationship between construction project management and
construction quality and to explore practical approaches for systematically
improving construction quality, this study examines three core dimensions of
project management, namely planning and coordination, resource allocation, and
risk prevention and process control. It analyzes their overall impact on
construction quality and proposes targeted optimization measures, including
establishing a quality management organization with clearly defined
responsibilities and authorities, dynamically controlling the key production
factors of personnel, machinery, materials, methods, and environment, advancing
BIM-based digital management, and improving risk management as well as
multi-party communication and coordination mechanisms. In addition, specific
strategies for construction quality control are discussed from four aspects:
prior prevention, refined process monitoring, the application of intelligent
technologies, and closed-loop quality improvement.
