压力容器开孔补强结构设计方法及工程应用分析

摘要

压力容器是石油化工以及能源等行业的重要设备,而压力容器开孔补强是其中一项重要的技术环节,直接影响着压力容器的安全性和经济性。因此,研究压力容器开孔补强具有重要意义。本文主要介绍了压力容器开孔补强的方法及其特点;并针对补强结构形式的选择、材料匹配的原则、焊接工艺的要求以及检验验收的要求等进行了论述。

关键词: 压力容器;开孔补强;等面积法;极限分析法

Abstract

Pressure vessels are critical equipment in the petrochemical, energy, and related industries, and opening reinforcement is an important technical aspect that directly affects their safety and economic performance. Therefore, the study of opening reinforcement in pressure vessels is of considerable practical significance. This paper introduces the methods of opening reinforcement for pressure vessels and their characteristics, and discusses the selection of reinforcement structural forms, the principles of material matching, the requirements for welding procedures, and the requirements for inspection and acceptance.
