住宅建筑是人们生活和发展的重要物质依托,在很大程度上影响着人们的居住质量和身体健康状况,本文围绕住宅建筑设计改进优化及人居环境改善的主题进行论述分析,全面阐述了住宅的设计和人居环境之间的相互联系,对现有住宅建筑存在的问题如空间布局不合理,能耗高等进行了详细的剖析,在此基础上针对三个方面的设计提出了优化措施,并分别从室内环境、社区公共空间、健康宜居等方面进行了人居环境的改进建议。通过研究发现住宅建筑设计和人居环境是相互影响的一个体系,在建筑设计中应该贯彻可持续发展的理念,做到对居住的功能要求、技术整合以及人性化的设计有机结合,研究的目的在于可以为住宅建筑设计提供一定的理论借鉴及方法依据,进而能够帮助人们由“住有所居”迈向“住有优居”。
Residential buildings are an
important material foundation for people’s daily life and development, and to a
great extent they affect living quality and physical health. Focusing on the
optimization of residential building design and the improvement of the living
environment, this paper analyzes the interrelationship between residential
design and the living environment, and provides a detailed examination of
existing problems in current residential buildings, such as irrational spatial
layout and high energy consumption. On this basis, optimization measures are
proposed for three aspects of design, and corresponding improvement suggestions
for the living environment are presented from the perspectives of the indoor
environment, community public space, and healthy and livable conditions. The
study shows that residential building design and the living environment
constitute an interactive system. Sustainable development principles should
therefore be incorporated into architectural design so as to achieve an organic
integration of residential functional requirements, technological integration,
and human-centered design. The purpose of this study is to provide theoretical
reference and methodological support for residential building design and to help
promote the transition from “having a place to live” to “living in a better
home.”
