智能建造是以工业化、信息化、智能化同工程建设过程深度融合的新型建造模式,在推进建筑业数字化转型方面起着核心作用。本文以智能建造促进数字化转型为研究对象,对智能建造与数字化转型的相关理论进行梳理,在工程设计、施工建造、运维管理三个方面探寻数字化转型的具体实践方式以及全生命周期协同管理模式等,发现目前智能建造在推进数字化转型过程中存在的不足之处在于技术集成度不高和标准化建设缺乏,复合型人才缺乏。对于这些问题,本文提出建立统一的技术标准及数据规范体系、加强智能化建造人才建设等一系列改进措施,希望能够为建筑业信息化发展提供一定的理论依据以及实践借鉴。
Intelligent construction is a new
construction model characterized by the deep integration of industrialization,
informatization, and intelligence with the engineering construction process,
and it plays a central role in promoting the digital transformation of the
construction industry. Taking intelligent construction as the driving force for
digital transformation, this paper reviews the relevant theories of intelligent
construction and digital transformation, explores specific practical approaches
to digital transformation in engineering design, construction, and operation
and maintenance management, as well as whole-life-cycle collaborative
management models. The study finds that the current shortcomings of intelligent
construction in advancing digital transformation mainly lie in the low level of
technology integration, the lack of standardization, and the shortage of
interdisciplinary talent. In response to these problems, this paper proposes a
series of improvement measures, including establishing unified technical
standards and data specification systems, and strengthening the development of
intelligent construction talent, with the aim of providing theoretical support
and practical reference for the informatization development of the construction
industry.
