伴随着建筑行业的信息化改革速度加快,智慧工地系统的出现是科技与工程现场结合的结晶,正逐步替代传统的建设工程管理方式,本文主要讲述了智慧工地管理系统应用于建筑工程管理的重要作用以及它对提高管理效率、安全管理质量、把控工程建设质量和推动绿色施工等方面的显著优势,在此基础上智慧工地系统利用物联网、大数据、人工智能等先进技术对工程现场的人、机、料、法、环五大方面进行全方位监测及智能控制,着重介绍了智慧工地管理系统对于质量管理、进度管理、安全管理、环保管理的具体应用方法。智慧工地系统把信息化技术和施工现场有机结合,给工程建设带来一双“智慧之眼”,最后,在融合先进技术、建立专业队伍、完善机制、标准四个角度提出保证办法,为智慧工地系统的推广起到借鉴作用。
With the accelerated pace of
informatization reform in the construction industry, the emergence of smart
construction site systems represents the integration of modern technology with
engineering job sites and is gradually replacing traditional construction
project management methods. This paper mainly discusses the important role of
smart construction site management systems in building engineering management,
as well as their significant advantages in improving management efficiency,
enhancing safety management quality, ensuring construction quality, and
promoting green construction. On this basis, the smart construction site system
employs advanced technologies such as the Internet of Things, big data, and
artificial intelligence to conduct comprehensive monitoring and intelligent
control of the five key elements at project sites, namely personnel, machinery,
materials, methods, and environment. The paper focuses in particular on the
specific application methods of smart construction site management systems in
quality management, schedule management, safety management, and environmental
management. By organically integrating information technology with construction
sites, smart construction site systems bring a pair of “intelligent eyes” to
engineering construction. Finally, the paper proposes safeguard measures from
four perspectives—integrating advanced technologies, building professional
teams, improving mechanisms, and establishing standards—to provide reference
for the wider promotion of smart construction site systems.
