在数字化信息技术同建筑行业的深度结合之下,智能化改造是提高工程项目管理水平的有效手段。本文以智能化建设项目管理模式为主题开展相关研究,在简要介绍智能化项目管理主要特征的基础上,对目前建筑工程管理中存在的一些传统方式弊端、信息化程度低、相互配合度差、质量和安全控制难度大的问题进行了详细的剖析,继而在此基础上从应用方面对BIM、物联网、大数据以及人工智能技术等方面的应用价值进行分析,在此基础上提出相应的改进措施。由此可见,借助于技术和体系上的革新可以使工程项目的智能化管理得到进一步地发展和完善,从而提高建设项目的综合性能。
With the deep integration of digital
information technology and the construction industry, intelligent
transformation has become an effective means of improving the management level
of engineering projects. Focusing on intelligent project management models,
this paper conducts a related study. On the basis of briefly introducing the
main characteristics of intelligent project management, it provides a detailed
analysis of the current problems in construction engineering management,
including the drawbacks of traditional management methods, the low level of
informatization, poor coordination among participants, and the difficulty of
quality and safety control. It then examines the application value of
technologies such as BIM, the Internet of Things, big data, and artificial
intelligence in engineering management, and proposes corresponding improvement
measures. The study shows that, with innovations in both technology and
management systems, intelligent management of engineering projects can be
further developed and improved, thereby enhancing the overall performance of
construction projects.
