伴随着云计算、物联网、人工智能这些新兴信息技术的发展水利工程施工的调度运营管理正在发生着由传统的管理模式转变为信息时代、智能化的时代的转变过程。文章对水利工程信息化调度运行管理系统结构进行了全面解析,并针对其中的物联网、智能感知、大数据、云计算、人工智能、模型仿真、通讯安全等关键技术的应用做了具体说明,同时对实时监控报警、自动调度、应急预案处理及决策辅助、运维管理和效能评价这四大核心部分进行了详细的讲解,在最后针对整体设计、硬件设施、软件系统开发、人才储备等问题提出了解决方法以及保障措施。
With the development of emerging
information technologies such as cloud computing, the Internet of Things, and
artificial intelligence, the dispatching, operation, and management of water
conservancy projects are undergoing a transformation from traditional
management models to information-based and intelligent management. This paper
provides a comprehensive analysis of the structure of the information-based
dispatching and operation management system for water conservancy projects, and
gives a detailed explanation of the application of key technologies including
the Internet of Things, intelligent sensing, big data, cloud computing,
artificial intelligence, model simulation, and communication security. It also
elaborates on four core components of the system, namely real-time monitoring
and alarm, automatic dispatching, emergency response and decision support, as
well as operation, maintenance, and performance evaluation. Finally, the paper
proposes corresponding solutions and safeguard measures for issues related to
overall system design, hardware facilities, software development, and talent
reserve.
