伴随着我国社会的进步、人们生活水平日益增长，能源消费始终保持在一个较高的水平，并且针对这种形势的压 力，水利建设迫切需要构建一个高效节能发电系统，水利建设在施工中对技术质量和施工标准的要求都非常高，既要 考虑经济也要保证水利建筑工程施工建设及运行中的安全，要让每一个机器都发挥出其应有的性能，保证整个水利工 程能够正常进行。 

Abstract

 With the progress of Chinese society and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards, energy consumption has remained at a relatively high level. Under the pressure brought about by this situation, water conservancy construction urgently needs to establish an efficient and energy-saving power generation system. Water conservancy projects impose very high requirements on technical quality and construction standards during the construction process. They must take economic factors into account while ensuring the safety of construction and operation. It is also necessary to ensure that every piece of equipment fully performs its intended function, so as to guarantee the normal implementation of the entire water conservancy project.
