数字信息化技术在建筑工程管理中的运用

摘要

伴随着建筑业规模不断扩大以及项目的复杂程度不断提高，传统的建筑工程管理模式已经越来越适应不了当前工 程项目所追求的快速、优质、安全的需求，而数字化信息技术具有信息可追溯，随时监控和智能决策的特点，能够给 建筑工程管理带来新的技术支持。论文系统阐述了数字化信息技术在建筑工程管理中的基本原理、重要节点运用和信 息技术平台构建，并分析了其在提高工作效率，减少施工安全隐患，合理利用资源以及加强协调等方面的功能作用， 同时也剖析了在整合信息技术、系统对接、人才培养等难点问题上存在的不足之处，通过云计算平台建设、智能检测 装置的设计及数字仿真技术的研究应用，为建筑工程管理的数字化转变提供建议和参考。 

Abstract

With the continuous expansion of the construction industry and the increasing complexity of projects, traditional building engineering management models have become less and less capable of meeting the current demands of engineering projects for speed, quality, and safety. Digital information technology, characterized by information traceability, real-time monitoring, and intelligent decision-making, can provide new technical support for building engineering management. This paper systematically expounds the basic principles of digital information technology in building engineering management, its application at key stages, and the construction of information technology platforms. It also analyzes its functional roles in improving work efficiency, reducing construction safety hazards, optimizing resource utilization, and strengthening coordination. At the same time, it examines the shortcomings and difficulties that still exist in areas such as information technology integration, system interfacing, and talent cultivation. Through the construction of cloud computing platforms, the design of intelligent detection devices, and the research and application of digital simulation technology, this paper provides suggestions and references for the digital transformation of building engineering management.
