由于预应力混凝土箱梁具有良好的结构特性,在当今的各种桥梁建设中已经成为最主要的上部构造形式,而预制 的质量又关系到整个桥梁的安全以及寿命问题。本文对预应力混凝土箱梁的整个预制工艺进行了总结归纳,针对其中 的模板工程、钢筋及波纹管安设工程、浇筑混凝土工程和预应力体系施工四个方面分别进行关键技术分析。通过研究 发现,推广整体油压模板的应用、钢筋胎架绑扎法、波纹管精确定位、砼配合比的合理设计、智能养生技术以及智能 张拉与真空充填压浆方法的结合是目前提高预制箱梁施工质量的关键技术手段。
Owing to their favorable structural characteristics, prestressed concrete box girders have become the predominant form of superstructure in various bridge projects today, and the quality of prefabrication is directly related to the safety and service life of the entire bridge. This paper summarizes the whole prefabrication process of prestressed concrete box girders and analyzes the key technologies involved in four aspects: formwork engineering, installation of reinforcement and corrugated ducts, concrete pouring, and construction of the prestressing system. The study shows that the promotion of integral hydraulic formwork, the reinforcement cage binding method using assembly jigs, precise positioning of corrugated ducts, rational design of concrete mix proportions, intelligent curing technology, and the combined application of intelligent tensioning with vacuum grouting are currently the key technical means for improving the construction quality of prefabricated box girders.
