Exploration of the Application of Engineering Surveying in Smart City Infrastructure Construction
工程测量在智慧城市基础设施建设中的应用探索

摘要

工程测量是智慧城市建设的“数据基台”,“空间基石”。文章全面梳理了工程测量在智慧城市基础设施中发挥的 基础性作用,重点介绍了工程测量应用于城市道路桥梁、地下管线、轨道交通、建筑工程、智慧水务、城市更新六大 领域中的技术和方法的应用情况以及存在的问题——数据标准缺失严重、人才结构不合理、特殊环境下的精确测量困 难等,并提出了建立“空天地”联合立体化监测、制定统一的数据标准、推进智能化装备革新、培养复合型人才等解 决方案,希望对如何让工程测量助力智慧城市建设起到一定的借鉴作用。

Abstract

Engineering surveying serves as the “data foundation” and “spatial cornerstone” of smart city construction. This paper comprehensively reviews the fundamental role of engineering surveying in smart city infrastructure development, with a focus on its application technologies and methods in six major fields: urban roads and bridges, underground pipelines, rail transit, building engineering, smart water services, and urban renewal. It also analyzes the main problems currently existing in practice, including the serious lack of unified data standards, an irrational talent structure, and difficulties in achieving precise measurement under special environmental conditions. In response, the paper proposes solutions such as establishing an integrated three-dimensional monitoring system based on coordinated space-air-ground observation, formulating unified data standards, promoting innovation in intelligent equipment, and cultivating interdisciplinary professionals. It is hoped that this study can provide useful reference for enabling engineering surveying to better support smart city construction.
