路桥工程施工具有线长点多、环境复杂、高空与地下作业并存等特点,安全风险高,质量控制难度大。文章结合 实际工作对路桥工程施工安全管理进行研究,主要围绕安全管理目标明确性、安全管理网络建立、事故预测与监管、 人员素质提升等方面阐述路桥工程施工安全管理的重点问题及其解决对策,同时针对目前施工过程中存在的制度陈旧、 进度与采购不配套、现场试验缺失等问题提出相应的建议,即完善制度、熟悉施工图纸、加强对施工材料管理以及做 好资料管理工作,从而有效提高路桥工程管理水平。
Road and bridge engineering construction is characterized by long construction lines, numerous operation points, complex environments, and the coexistence of high-altitude and underground operations, resulting in high safety risks and great difficulty in quality control. Based on practical work experience, this paper studies safety management in road and bridge engineering construction, mainly focusing on key issues and corresponding countermeasures in such aspects as the clarity of safety management objectives, the establishment of a safety management network, accident prediction and supervision, and the improvement of personnel quality. At the same time, in view of the current problems existing during construction, such as outdated management systems, poor coordination between construction progress and procurement, and the absence of on-site testing, the paper proposes corresponding suggestions, including improving management systems, gaining a thorough understanding of construction drawings, strengthening the management of construction materials, and properly carrying out documentation management, so as to effectively enhance the management level of road and bridge engineering.
